OUR WORK

Since our founding in 2018 we've helped over 50 families transform their homes! Below is a selection of our work.

Dixon Road

South Norwood, London

The ground floor of this 1930s end of terrace property was completely reconfigured and enlarged with a full width extension. The architecture maximises the connection to the garden, and provision of natural daylight, whilst the internal finishes are full of colour texture and personality.

Moncrieff Street

Peckham, London

An extension in two parts; to the side of the original outrigger and to the rear, creates a large open plan space but with pockets of definition for different functions. Our client chose a wonderful pallete of materials that creates a wonderful tectonic language, full of craft and texture that contrasts with the crisp plaster and sculptural openings to the skylights.

Kingsway

East Sheen, London

A full width extension achieved under permitted development creates the perfect spot for a large 10 person dining table, whist the kitchen was brought into the middle of the overall floor plan to equally serve the rear and the front of the property. The dark textured kitchen and flooring works perfectly with the crittall style patio doors.

Abbotsford Gardens

Woodford, London

A large extension extension spanning the width of the property plus the garage to the side has completely transformed the ground floor of this family home. The kitchen is positioned to the side, allowing a large open area adjacent to the patio doors to accommodate the dining table and maximise the floor inside / outside.

Ticehurst Road

Forest Hill, London

Our client approached us with a wonderful vision for an extension with large feature sculptural openings to maximise. The overall layout was developed to be largely open plan throughout the entire ground floor allowing an abundance of natural light and ventilation and view to the outside.

Kingsdale Road

Greenwich, London

This side return extensions allows for a much bigger kitchen than before, as well as more space for the dining table and a small chaise next to the patio doors. Meanwhile the asymmetric pitch of the roof maximises the daylighting and sense of space. Our client chose a dark engineering brick to brilliantly contrast with the existing deep red brick of the outrigger.

Royal Oak Road

Woking, Surrey

This pitched roof extension accommodates the large kitchen our client had always wanted! Six very large velux roof lights and bifolding doors allows an abundance of daylighting, and a great flow into the garden. Whist the aim was for a bright space, the brick wall anchors the room and adds pop to the soft colour palette.

Rokeby Gardens

Woodford, London

In a very unique plot of land we were asked to design a side extension for this detached house to make use of an unused part of the garden, and bring in light and ventilation to the kitchen area. What evolved is a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a sleek and contemporary pallette of materials and tones.

Frimley Avenue

Hornchurch, Essex

Our client asked us to explore bringing the kitchen to the front of the house allowing the area of the rear extension to be coming the living area that opened to the garden, the result is absolutely charming.
