The existing property had a very poorly constructed rear conservatory that was lacking insulation and led to the enclosed ‘middle’ room of the property being dark and quite uninspiring.

Our brief was to replace this structure with a high quality extension and seamlessly integrate it with the internal spaces, creating one large, well-lit area to accommodate the kitchen, dining and generous sitting and tv area, that would open to the garden.

Having explored many different cladding options and window types, we decided upon a reclaimed brick to match the existing, and a Crittall window / door set that wraps around the corner, creating an amazing wow factor.
